FEBRUARY 6, 1962 - PAGE 3 <br />Resolution No. 62-14 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution granting <br />a ninety day extension of the completion date of a contract between the City of <br />North Olmsted and Dandrea & Nardini, Inc. for work installing sewers - further <br />designated as Contract No. 6 which presently expires on March 7, 1962, and <br />declaring an emergency. tt was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Leonard, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. <br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. <br />Ordinance No. 62-15 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing <br />the hiring of a real estate appraiser to establish values for use ;in negotiation <br />or appropriation proceedings in connection with the acquisition of easements <br />on Dover Road in order to dontinue the installation of sanitary sewers on Dover <br />Road under Contract 9 and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />fob}ows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the Service Director direct ~~e <br />appraiser to use one lot as a basis to set a price per front foot ~R~tat~~mC~~~ lot <br />should offer owners of property on Dover Rd. for easements and not consider all <br />parcels as an individual unit. An ordinance amending Section <br />1 of Ordinance 3122 enacted October 4, 190, being an ordinance amending Section <br />1 of Ordinance 2930 enacted October 20, 1959, being an ordinance amending Section <br />1 of Ordinance 2585 enacted November 6, 1957, amending Section 1 of Ordinance <br />2194 enacted ~~gust 16, 1955, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the compensation and <br />vacation period of the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and <br />providing for the compensation of employees of the Municipal Bus Garage and <br />certain other employees of the Municipal Bus Line beginning September 1, 1955", <br />as amended by ordinance 2376 enacted October 16, 1956, and ordinance 2423 enacted <br />January 1, 1957, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, <br />seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. <br />Resolution N~. 62-17. A resolution declaring it necessary to improve Walter <br />Road foam a point near the intersection of Walter Road and Beech Lane northerly <br />to the present terminus of the water main in Walter Road in the City of Westlake <br />by installing therein a water line, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Christman <br />moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that this resolution be tabled. "Yeas" Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. <br />Mr. Christman advised that a contract is in the process of being drawn up for <br />Parkview's participation in the Sewer Program and should be ready by the next <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the Law Director to enter into condemnation <br />proceedings on Lorain Road property conditioned on the dedication of the new street <br />connecting Lorain Rd. and Xe~~XX~~iK~~~a~X~X~~X "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. Lyndhaven Drive. <br />Mr. Limpert was excused from the meeting at 10:30 P.M. <br />Mrs. Nicholas moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to take bids for gasoline, <br />diesel fuel, and motor oil.
