<br />Ordinance No. 61-217 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with the Institutions
<br />designated by Council as depositories for the active and inactive accounts of
<br />the City, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by
<br />Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Nicholas, O'Neill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,

<br />Resolution No. 61-218 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution requesting
<br />the fiscal Officer of the C ty to certify as to the Estimated life of usefulness
<br />and maximum maturity of bonds to be issued for sanitary sewer improvements. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Limpert, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />Ordinance No. 61-219 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance directing the
<br />Director of Finance to make a lump sum payment of fifteen hurd-ed dollars ($1,500.00)
<br />to Mary Hudec, in full settlement of personal injury:olaim, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,

<br />Ordinance No. 61-220 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />renewal of a note issued in anticipation of the issuance of bonds ;.for the purpose
<br />of purchasing buses, pursuant to Ordinance 61-119, and declaring the necessity
<br />of the issuance of bonds for such purpose. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Nicholas, O'Neill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon

<br />Ordinance No. 61-221 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. An ordinance authorizing
<br />:`and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />237-21-46, Mastick Road, being an assessment for the preparation of detailed
<br />plans, specifications for i sanitary seweragec' system for the City of North
<br />Olmsted and authoriz~g the refunding of $2.60 to Mr. ~qd Mrs. George E. and
<br />Evangeline K. Bowman'. and declaring an emergency. It wasmoved by Mrs. Nicholas,
<br />seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert,

<br />assessment in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr.O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
