It <br />was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the resolutionbe read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read <br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Caster, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. <br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the Solicitor be directed to <br />prepare legislation establishing an Architectural Board of Review for non residential <br />property consisting of 5 members. "Yeas" Caster, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />O'Neill, Porter. <br />Mr. Mangani reported on the status of the review of the revised Zoning Ordinance <br />and advised that the Ordinance should be ready for a public hearing in January <br />or February. <br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that work on the picker Road storm <br />sewer be held up until a meeting could be held with the residents of that area as <br />there is a possibility they might consider an area assessment in order to have a <br />more complete job #lone. "Yeas" Caster, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. <br />The proposal made by Parkview for participation in our Sewer Program is to be <br />reviewed by Council and reported on at the next meeting. <br />Parkview'''s request for mutual Police and Fire aid was turned over to the Safety <br />Committee. <br />Mr. O'Neill moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that Mr. Christman's absence be <br />excused.
