<br />Pro Tear; Henry Caster, Ralph Christman, Dewey Limpert, A.L. Mangani, Lillian
<br />Nicholas, George Porter.
<br />Also present were Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director; C.J. Oviatt, Solicitor;
<br />James T. Wilson Safety Director; Alex Kanareff~ Engineer; William`.Zr Gerlach,
<br />Finance Director; and Louise Halls Clerk.

<br />The minutes of the regular meeting of November 8, 1961 were approved as
<br />corrected.

<br />The Clerk .read a communication from the Planning Commission requesting Council
<br />to enact legislation authorizing the City Engineer to go ahead with the new
<br />'Coning Map for the City.
<br />Ordinance No. 61-19~. was given its second reading, An ordinance amending Section
<br />1 of Ordinance No. 718 enacted May 2O, 191x7, entitled "An ordinance fixing
<br />c~few hours for the Gity of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 61-196 was tabled. A resolution approvir;g for record purposes
<br />only the proposed subdivisiord of the Lorain Mutual Investment Co. and Michael
<br />Varac~v of proposed Michael Avenue, and d eclaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 61-197 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No,
<br />231-J~-26 Sublot No. 16, Mapleridge Road, being an assessment for tY:e preparatio:~
<br />of detail®d plans, specifications, for a sewerage system for the City of North
<br />Olmsted, and declax^~ ng an emergency. It was moved by .~?s. Christman, secorried
<br />by Mrs. Richalas, that the statutory rule he suspended and the ordinance be read
