<br />Resolution No. 61-2d0 was introduced by Mr. Mangarii. A resolution authorizerag
<br />the City Engineer to prepare a preliminary zone map and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by I~?r. Limpert,, that the statutory rulo
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and. traxd times
<br />and put on its passage. The aff~_rmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicho]as~ O'Neill Porter. Thereupon the resolut~_~n
<br />w,~.s read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative

<br />N,.r, Christman advised that Parkview seems to be favorably considering joir~ir~
<br />our sewer program and that we should hear from them in the near future.
<br />Mr. Christman advised of a meeting of the Assessing Board, committee of Council
<br />as a whole and. a representative of Floyd Browne and Associates on Tuesday, November
<br />28, 1961 at the City Hall.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani~ that the Solicitor be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the preparation of plans and specific ati.ons for
<br />the installation of service connections from the east interceptor sewer through

<br />Residents cf the area adjacent to the Stoneybmol: ~~hdivision appeared before
<br />Council regarding the iEe3a6~.~bion of a drainage ditch in said subdivision.
<br />After much discussion between Council, the residents and the legalffipresentati:-e
<br />of the Stoneybrook Subdivision, the residents were advised that this matter
<br />would be resolved by December 5, 1.961 in a way that should benefit all parties
<br />co ncerned.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, s econded by Mr. Caster, that Mr. MacDonald~s absence be
