<br />Ordinance 61-193 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />236-3-20, l~7O3 Fleharty Road water rrrain in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. O'A'ei11,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second ar~d third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani Nicholas, O~Neill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third timesand put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas OtNeill, Porter.
<br />Ordinance No. b1-19l~ was given its first reading only. An ordinance amending
<br />section 1 of Ordinance No. 71$ enacted Ma4y 20, .1947, entitled "An ordinance fixing
<br />curfew hours for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 61-195 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Decker Road from the southerly line of Sublot 396 southerly
<br />to Southern avenue by constructing and installing therein a storm sewer and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved ZSy Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Porter, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution he read imnediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0 Neill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Chr:istn.an,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, OrNeill, Porter.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Solicitor be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving the Varady Subdivision for recording purposes only.

<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Porter, to accept the street and lot layout
<br />for the Mitchell Subdivision but not to approve the plans for s~ainage or the
<br />re-routing of the ditch or the proposed street openings. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Limpert; Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter.

<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Porter, to table the Postal Autr~orities request
<br />for :North Olms ted to become a part of the Cleveland Postal system indefinitely.

<br />the forming of an Architectural Board of Review and also that he recommended
