<br />SEPTEMBER 19, 1961 -PAGE 2 <br />The Service Director requested that Council approve a change in the design <br />of sewers between Dover Center Road and Lucydale Ave., which would eliminate one <br />otf the tunnels crossing Lorain Road. <br />was introduced by Mr. Christman. <br />Resolution No. 61-172, A resolution approving the proposed relocation of saazitary <br />lateral sewer at or near the intersection of Dover and Lorain Roads an on the <br />soa~th side thereof and directing the Consulting Engineer to revise pans and <br />specifications and elevations therefore. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded <br />by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times andput on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion waa as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangano, Nicholas, <br />O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and th~el times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative wte then on was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas O'Neill, Porter. <br />Ordinance No, 61..173 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No, <br />235-14 55, 56, 57South Porter Road, being an assessment for the preparation of <br />detailed plans s pecii'ications, for a sewerage system for the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by <br />Mr. Christman that the statuta~y ru]e be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Lampert, Mangani~ Nicholas, <br />O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times <br />aril. put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. <br />Due to the flooding condition in the Burns Decker, Porter area the Service <br />Director was requested to make a check of the existing 2Lt" pipe in that area by <br />Mr. Christman. <br />N1r.
