AUGUST 1, 1961 - Page 2 Resolution No. 61 - 145 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution accepting the water main easement in proposed Vincent Drive and Hawkins Avenue in the Manning-Campbell Realty Company's subdivision. The resolution was given its first reading only. Resolution No. 61 - 146 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution accepting the Water Main easement in proposed Stoneybrook Drive, Greenwood Lane, West 233 Street, in the Stoneybrook Estates Subdivision, of the Ohio Shores Construction Corporation. The resolution was given its first reading only. Resolution No. 61 - 147 was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution appointing an estimating board. The resolution was given its first reading only. Resolution No. 61 - 148 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution authorizing the City Engineer to prepare plans, profiles, specifications and estimates for Decker Road Storm Sewer Number 3. The resolution was given its first reading only. Resolution No. 61 - 14g was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution accepting the improvement.- plans for Nancy Drive proposed in the Engoglia Subdivision. The resolution was given its first reading only. Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Solicitor be directed to prepare legislation establishing the sewer rental rates in the Sherwood Estates at $3.00 per month or until such time an adjustment needs to be made. This motion superseeds the previous request. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert, O'Neill, Porter. Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the Solicitor be directed to prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to instruct the Engineer to make a survey of the Sportsman's Club property in regard to a lift station for sanitary sewer construction. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert, O'Neill, Porter. Mr. Barnes requested clarification of Resolution No. 61 -fi~10 in regard to what rate we need for collection charge and penalty for sewer rental. Mr. Christman is to contact Steve Kuhner of Floyd Browne and Associates for clarification. Mr. Oviatt suggested the existing "No Parking" ban on East Park Drive be lifted. This is to:be taken under consideration of the Safety Committee. Mr. O`Neill moved seconded by Mr. Limpert the Solicitor prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director ruct the engineer to make a survey to ascertain the size of existing ~wer~nections at the street.
