An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the c ancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel <br />No. 231t~16»2 Barton Road water main in the City of North Olmsted, Ohi.o~ and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Casters seconded by Agrs. Nicholas <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read inHnediate]y the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Casters Christman} Mangani~ Nicholas 0=i~ei11~ Porter. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follc~as: Caster, Christman <br />Mangani, Nicholas, OiNeill~ Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 61.139 was introduced by Mr. Porter, An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. <br />232-2-45 on Biddulph Road! being an assessment for the preparation of detailed <br />plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North Olmsteda <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porten, seconded by Mr. Mangani~ <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the cr dinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follmas: Caster, Christman! An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. <br />232-2-~t5 Biddulph Road water main in the City of North 0lmsted~ Ohio, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Casters seconded by Mr, Mangani, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Casters Christman Manga~ni~ Nicholas O~Neill~ Porter, <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Mangani' Nicholas, OtNeill~ Porter. <br />l~r, Mangani advised that Mr, Varady of Varady Subdivision had contacted him <br />about the approval of his subdivision. As this subdivision was returned to <br />the P1ar~ning Commission on May 18, 1961 the Clerk was instructed to write to <br />them and request that action be taken as soon as possible so that the developer <br />can start work. <br />The Service Directors request for a cyclone fence around the Service Garage <br />was tabled until the Incinerator proposal is settled because of the possibility <br />of moving the Service Garage to another location, <br />Mr. Porter advised that the Safety Committee recommends that the Board of Control <br />award the contract fora 12 cyl. fire engine to Seagraves. <br />Mr. Calb of Suburban Destructers inquired as to the status of the Incinerator <br />proposal. <br />The Mayor advised that a meeting should be held soon regarding this matter and <br />that a contrast cannot be awarded for this until it can b e determined whether .,the <br />money will be available, <br />Mr. Leenard Klucar inquired as to the status of the storm sewer petitioned for <br />on Decker Road. <br />The Engineer advised that he would attempt to make some arrangements with the <br />County Board of Health within the week so that Mr. Klucar may buildc~t h#s propeisty. <br />
