JULY 5s 1961 -PAGE 2 <br />Resolution No. 61»131 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A resolution adoptir~ <br />the Budget of the City of Nar~th Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January <br />is 19b2, and submitting the same to the County Auditor. It was moved by Mr. <br />Limperts seconded ltry Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be susperxied and <br />the resolution be read immediate]y the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christmans <br />Limperts Manganis Nicholas: OtNeills Porter. Thereupon the resolution was <br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis Nicholas <br />O~Neill~ Porter, <br />Resolution No, 61»132 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution accepting <br />the plat for Stoneybrook Estates Subdivision for recording purposes only <br />contingent on the Building Comunissioneris recommendation as to changing the <br />name of Oakwood Circle to Stoneybrook Circle. It was waved by Mr. Casters <br />seconded by Mr. Manganis that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Casters Christmans Limiperts <br />Manganis Nicholas, OtNeills Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon <br />was as follows: Casters Christman, Li.mperts Manganis Nicholas, O~Neills Porter. <br />Ordinance No, 61»133 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No, <br />231~5~ on Cliffbrd Drives being an assessment for the preparation of detailed <br />plans and specifications for a Sewerage System for the City of North Olmsteds <br />and declaring an emergency, It was moved by Mr, Christman! seconded by Mr. <br />Caster' that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage, The affi~tative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Casters Christman! "Yeas~o Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis <br />Nicholas, O~Neilis Porter. <br />The Solici.tar• was requested to review Ordinances 3158s 3159, and 31b0 pertaining <br />to the sewer program to determine when sewer rent can be collected and also <br />review these ordinances to determine if all necessary legislation has been <br />passed that is needed #o that the sewer program can pr~Eed smoothly. <br />Mr. Christman moveds seconded by Mr. Manganis that the Solicitor be directed <br />to prepare legislation setting the sewer rental rate for the temporary plant <br />in the Forest hidge Development at X4.50 per month per connection for the <br />first 98 connections and $2.25 per month per connection after 241 connections. <br />
