JUNE 20~ 1961 -PAGE 2 Resolution No. 61122 was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution transferring appropriations and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porters seconded by Mrs. Nicho7.as~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
