<br />JUNE b, 1961 -PAGE 3 <br />Mrs. Nicholas suggested that a meeting beheld with the Planning Commission as <br />soon as possible in order to expedite the revision of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The Clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Kadyla.k, Chairman of the Planning Commission, <br />and arrange a meeting with them at the earliest possible time. <br />Mr. CY~istman advised that the residents of Walter Road agree that ~'~ the year <br />should not be installed until after the lateral sewer is constructs ~,iy~ a 1961 <br />they would like sidewalks on both sides of the street at that time. <br />The Service Din ectorss recommendation that an ordinance be created for the construction <br />of driveway aprons to conform to the sidewalk specifications in driveways was <br />turned over to the Streets, Sidewalks, Sewers and Ditches Committee. <br />Mr. OsNeill moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Solicitor be directed to <br />prepare legislation directing the developers to dispose of debris (tree stumps,etc.) <br />as they proceed with building rather than piling it on vacant lots. Mr. <br />Christman and Mr. OtNeill stated that they would be able to attend, <br />The Service Director requested that legislation be drawn creating the positions <br />of a Maintenance Mechanic and Assistant for the Treatment Plant and establishing <br />wages for tltiese positions. This matter is under consideration by the Finance <br />Committee. <br />The Safety Director reminded everyone of the plans for "All ScoutsDay" on June <br />10, 1961 and requested that all be present at 8 A.M. in order to make the day <br />a success. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Clem notify the residents <br />of Canterbury Road who have not installed sidewalks that the revised plans for <br />the remaining work are on file.
