An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. <br />235-13-33 on Burns Roads being an assessment for the preparation of detailed <br />plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of Norrth Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mrs. <br />Nicholas that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on s aid motion was as follows: Caster, Christmans Limpert, Manganis <br />Nicholas O~Neill. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casters <br />Christmans Li~aperts Manganis Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Ordinance No. 61«116 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance establishing <br />as misdemeanors certain offenses and fixing the penalty therefores and repealing <br />Section 10 of Ordinance 35l~ and the third paragraph of Section 1 ofOrdinar:ce <br />61.67 entitled ttAn ordinance providing for the punishment for offenses against <br />the public peace and morals~ts and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. <br />Limperts seconded by Mr. Manganis that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />~dinance be read immediately the second and third times arxi put on its passage. <br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Casters Christman, Li.mperts <br />Manganis Nicholas O'Neill. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows: Casters Christmans Limpert, Manganis Nicholas O'Neill. <br />Resolution No. 61»117 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution approving <br />the revised plans for the sanitary sewer to be located on the west side of Clague <br />Road from Maple Ridge Road southerly to Lorain Road and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Christmans seconded by Mr. Manganis that the statuta~ry rule <br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times <br />arri put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis Nicholas, O~Neill. Thereupon the resolution <br />was read. the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote them was as follows: Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis Ni~cholass O'Neill. <br />Resolution No. 61«.118 was irtroduced by Mrs. Nicholas. A resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to purchase Graves ~s5s and 6 in Lot 9lts Secta.on <br />is Range 7s Butternut Ridge Road Cemetery. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas seconded <br />by Mr. Limperts that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis Nicho7.ass <br />OtNei71. l~hereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put <br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casters <br />Christmans Limpert, Manganis Nicholas O~Neill. <br />Ordinance No. 61«]19 was introduced by Mr. O~~iei11. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance of notes by the City of North Olmsted i.n anticipation of the issuance <br />of bonds for the purpose of purchasing buses and declaring i~he necessity of the <br />issuance of bonds for such purpose. It was moved by Mr. 0-Neills seconded by <br />Mr. Mar~anis that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was a.s follows: Casters Christmans Limperts Manganis Nicholas <br />OtNei.ll. 2`hereupon the s>rdiraam~e~~ was read the second and third times and put <br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casters Christmans <br />Limperts Manganis Nicholas, OtlJeill. <br />Resolution No. 61••l20 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. Resolution in honor of <br />Reverend Father Tezie of St. Riehard~s Parish, North O~msteds Ohio. It was moved <br />by Mr. O~Neill, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote an said motion was as follows: Casters <br />Christmans Limperts Manganis Nicholas, O~Neill. Thereupon the resolution was <br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Caster, Christmans Li.mperts Mar~anis Nicholas O'Neill. <br />Mr. O~Neill moveds seconded by Mr. Manganis to renew the .5 mill tax for the <br />Recreation Program i.n North Olmsted. *~Yeas'i Casters Christrmans Limperts Mangani., <br />Nicholas 0 ~ Neill. <br />The Clerk read a letter addressed to the Mayor from R. Burt of JamisonsU]xichs <br />Hope Johnson and Burt submitting an estimate for legal work on the revising of <br />the ~oning Ordinance. <br />After discussion of this matter, Mr. Oviatt stated that he would check further <br />on obtaining additional legal assistance and would advise Cour:cil in a day or <br />two. <br />Mr. Limpert reported on the progress of the codefication of the ordinances and <br />resolui3ons and advised that they would not be ready for the honing Ordinance for <br />3 or !c months . <br />
