<br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the furnishing of labor
<br />and material for the construction of sanitary sewers in those streets described
<br />in Contract LEA and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded
<br />by Mr, Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage, 2`he affirmative

<br />necessity of constructing sanitary sewers in Mastick Road and in other streets
<br />herein designated~~, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs, Nicholas,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be susperxied and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The

<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on all permanent parcel
<br />numbers 237-29-10 and 237..30'1.3 through 2~. inclusive, on Rainbow D~eiCVe, Cedar
<br />Point Road and Rocky River Drive to Lewis Road, and directing refunds of special
<br />assessments heretofore paid which assessments are for the preparation of detailed
<br />plans and specifications for a sewerage system. for the City of North Olmsted, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr, Mangani,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote or. said

<br />necessity of constructing sanitary sewers in Fleharty Road and other streets
<br />herein designated, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and. third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert~
<br />Mamgani~ Nicholas, OtNeill. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as

<br />Resolution No. 61«79 was introduced by Mr. OrNeill. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bides for the furnishing to the City
<br />of a 1250 Gallon Pumper for fire protection use and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. OtNeill, seconded by Mr, Limpert, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as fellows: Caster,
