MAY 3, 1961 « PAGE 3 Ordinance No. 61«80 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No, 233-25*~6 Lorain Roads being an assessment for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North O].msted~ and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Limpert~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put an its passage.
