APRIL 18 ~ 1967... PAGE 2 and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casters Christman, Limpert~ Mangani, Nicholas O'Neill Porter. Ordinance No. 61•»71 was int~nduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to purchase part of sublot Number 211 on Broxbourne Road in the S.H. Kleinman Realty Companyis Garden City Allotment and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Mangani~ Nicholas O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster Christman Limpert~ Mangani~ Nicholas, OtNei11, Porter. Resolution No. 61«72 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. A resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for the furnishing of three h~mdred (300) tons of T~.35, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Casters Christman Limpert= Mangani~ Nicholas, O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casters Christman Limpert~ Mangani~ Nicholas, OtNei11~ Porter, Resolution No. 61.73 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution authorizing the City Engineer to prepare p3.ans and specifications for the construction of a concrete public sidewalk in Fleharty Road and on both sides thereof and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani~ seconded by Mr. Porter that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Mangani! Nicholas, OtNeill~ Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Mangani~ Nicholas, O~Nei1l~ Porter. Resolution No, 61«7. was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution authorizing the release of sidewalk bond heretofore posted by North Olmsted Estates in the principle penal sum of ~1~000.00 ~ and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porters seconded by Mr. Limpert~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Mangani.~ Nicholas, O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Man;ani? Nicholas, O~Neill~ Porter. l~.r. Mangani advised that he had the plans for Candlelite S~.ibdivision and that they are to be turned over to t he Planning Commission for signature before they are accepted for record purposes only. Mr. Ca,Ster asked the Legislative Committee about their progress in the review of the Zoning Ordinance and was advised by Mr. Limpert that they hope to have i.t ready by the enc of the month. Mr. O='Neill moved seconded by Mr. Porters that the City not participate in the proposed Incinerator to be erected by Morse Boulger Inc. in Middleburg Heights at this time because our financial situation is such that an additional a xpenditure of this kind can not be planned. Mrs. Nicholas asked when the Equalizing Board would be formed and Mr. MacDonald stated that this would be taken up along with the other Sewer Program matters at the committee meeting of Council as a whole tentatively planned for Tuesday April 25~ 1961.
