It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. <br />Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ Mangani~ Nicholas <br />O~Neill~ Porter. A resolution authorizing <br />the Service Director to advertise for bids for the furnishing of three h~mdred <br />(300) tons of T~.35, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. A resolution authorizing <br />the City Engineer to prepare p3.ans and specifications for the construction of <br />a concrete public sidewalk in Fleharty Road and on both sides thereof and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani~ seconded by Mr. Porter <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. A resolution authorizing the <br />release of sidewalk bond heretofore posted by North Olmsted Estates in the <br />principle penal sum of ~1~000.00 ~ and declaring an emergency. It was moved by <br />Mr. Porters seconded by Mr. Limpert~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. <br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert~ <br />Mangani.~ Nicholas, O~Neill~ Porter. Mangani advised that he had the plans for Candlelite S~.ibdivision and that <br />they are to be turned over to t he Planning Commission for signature before they <br />are accepted for record purposes only. <br />Mr. Ca,Ster asked the Legislative Committee about their progress in the review of <br />the Zoning Ordinance and was advised by Mr. Limpert that they hope to have <br />i.t ready by the enc of the month. <br />Mr. O='Neill moved seconded by Mr. Porters that the City not participate in <br />the proposed Incinerator to be erected by Morse Boulger Inc. in Middleburg <br />Heights at this time because our financial situation is such that an <br />additional a xpenditure of this kind can not be planned.
