<br />FEBRUARY 21, 1861 - PAGE 5 <br />Mrs. Nicholas moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill,that the Solicitor be directed <br />to prepare legislation amending the zoning ordinance and instructing the <br />Engineer to prepare plans for the rezoning map for rezoning land adjacent to <br />the Great Northern Shopping Center from Light Industry to Limited Use District <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission including deed restrictions made <br />by the owners of the Shopping Center precluding use of single family residence <br />and industry. Also that provisions be made to include ~hool facilities in <br />this area. "Yeas" Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. "Nays" <br />Caster, Christman. <br />The Service Director advised that repairs on the bulldozer at the Landfill will <br />amount to over $2,300.00. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Porter, that Council approve the expenditure <br />of the amount necessary to repair the bulldozer. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. <br />Mr. Porter [rioved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the Solicitor be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to take bids for a <br />2 yard Street Sweeper.
