<br />Resolution No. 61-7 was introdused by Mr: Lia:pert. A resolution directing the
<br />Clerk of Councih effective January 1,.1961, to renumber ordinances and resolutions
<br />passed by Council for the purposes of simplification and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Lampert, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read ieueediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman' Lampert, Mangani~ Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and t bird times and put upon its

<br />Resolution No. 61-8 was introduced by Mr. Christ,~aan. A resolution declaring the
<br />necessity of construction sanitary sewees in Walter Road and ©ther streets herein
<br />designated, and declaring an urgency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani~ that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on sad motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert~
<br />Mangani~ Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution t~s read the

<br />Ordinance No. 61-9 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorising and
<br />directing the cara3ellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-
<br />16-31 Revere Drive, being an assessment for the preparation of detailed plans
<br />and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North Olmsted, and
<br />declaring ax: emergency. It was moved by Mr. O~Neill, seconded by Mrs. Nie3iol.as,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill~

<br />Ordinance No. 61-10 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An ordinance consenting to
<br />the maintenance and repair of certain streets and roads by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County,-Ohio, for the year of 1961, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Lampert, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and t he ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage.. .The affirmative vote on said motion

<br />Resolution No. 61-11 was introduced by Mr. Mangar:i.. A resolution suthori~ing
<br />the Solioitor to negotiate the obtaining of an easement over the property of
<br />Edward Kerner, an incompetent, and declaring an emergency. It wsa moved by Mr.
<br />Mangani: seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second add third times and put on its passage.

<br />Resolution No. 61•-32 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution requesting
<br />the County Coauaissioners to provide For the improvement of the bridge on Lewis
<br />Road, 0]~sted Township, to permit ilws safe use lair :eunicipal tracks and equipment
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, to pass thereover, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Lampert, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
