An ordinance authorising and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231- <br />17-27 and 231-17-10 Columbia Road, being an assessment for the preparation of <br />detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. It was saved by Mr. OiNeill, seconded by <br />Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />OsNeill, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. <br />Resolution No. blrll~ was introduced by Mr Porter. A resolution authorizing and <br />directing the Director of Public Service to enter into an extension of ninety (90) <br />days for completion of the construction of the Sewage Treata:ent Plant, and declaring <br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. A resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the furnishing of fire <br />and extended coverage inam~raee on municipal properties and for the furnishing <br />of comprehensive liability insurance on public properties, and declaring an <br />emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read i~-anediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. It xas moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. <br />Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read imraediat®],y <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follower Caster, Christman, I3mpert, Mangani., Nicholas, OtATeill,Porter. <br />thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and pot upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follower Caster, Christman, Lampert, <br />Mangani, Nicholas, 4 ~ Neill, Porter. <br />Mr. Mangani reported on the Engineers suggestion for the roadway serving the <br />Libby Lee and Verady subdivisions and the property of the Catholic Diocese and <br />stated that the Plats Comtai.ttee will check further in this matter and also contact <br />the representatives of the Diocese again regarding dedication of land. <br />1~`~r. Barnes reported that he has been unable to contact the Floyd Browne right-of- <br />Way man and recommended that this ~rork be turned aver to our E~igineer in the future. <br />jYiis matter was turned over to the Sewer Committee for further study. <br />
