<br />Ordinance No, 61-13 was introduced by Mr. O~Neil.l. An ordinance authorising and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-
<br />17-27 and 231-17-10 Columbia Road, being an assessment for the preparation of
<br />detailed plans and specifications for a sewerage system for the City of North
<br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. It was saved by Mr. OiNeill, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />OsNeill, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,

<br />directing the Director of Public Service to enter into an extension of ninety (90)
<br />days for completion of the construction of the Sewage Treata:ent Plant, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was

<br />of comprehensive liability insurance on public properties, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read i~-anediately the second

<br />Mr. Mangani reported on the Engineers suggestion for the roadway serving the
<br />Libby Lee and Verady subdivisions and the property of the Catholic Diocese and
<br />stated that the Plats Comtai.ttee will check further in this matter and also contact
<br />the representatives of the Diocese again regarding dedication of land.
<br />1~`~r. Barnes reported that he has been unable to contact the Floyd Browne right-of-
<br />Way man and recommended that this ~rork be turned aver to our E~igineer in the future.
