Tt was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. O:Neill, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passag®. Tt was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, <br />seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. A resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the furnishing of one <br />self«prapelled multipurpose e~ocavator and road maint®nance equipment, and one <br />tilt-stop heavy duty trailer for the transportation of crawler mounted equipment, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. <br />Lampert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on Sts passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />O~Neill, Porter.
