<br />Estates subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Tt was moved by Mrs. Nicholas,
<br />seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The

<br />tilt-stop heavy duty trailer for the transportation of crawler mounted equipment,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr.
<br />Lampert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on Sts passage. The affirmative

<br />prepare legislation authorizing the release of Sepper Corp. bond in the amount
<br />of ~21,955.ec~„ submitted for construction of the addition to the Police Station.

<br />to purchase 4 new street lights for Charles Road rather than 6 and 3 new street

<br />Mr. Mangani report~3d for the Plats Committee that the Committee recommends
<br />approval of the zoning of Lorain Rd. and W. 231st. as originally submitted by
<br />Buckeye Enterprises with the conditions as set forth in the Flats Gommittee~s
<br />report of meeting of October 3, 1960 and that the Clerk be instructed to write
<br />to Buckeye Enterprises setting forth these conditions.
