A resolution declaring the <br />necessity of ding sanitary sewers in Mastick Road and other streets <br />herein designated, and declaring an emergency. Tt was moved by Mr. O~Neill~ <br />seconded by Mr. Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on it-ffipassage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Casters Christman Limpert, <br />Mangani~ Nieholas~ OtNeill, Porter. Andrews Deputy Clerk of Council, for the purposes of serving notice upon all <br />owners of lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement of <br />Mastick Road and other streets by constructing therein sanitary sewers, and <br />declaring an emergency. A resolution authorising <br />the Serirl.ce Director to advertise for bids for the furnishing of labor and <br />material for Contract No. 7, being a portion of the trunk lines required for the <br />completion of the sanitary sewage system heretofore approved by Councils and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage.
