<br />Resolution No. 317 was introduced by Mr. O-Nei.ll. A resolution declaring the
<br />necessity of ding sanitary sewers in Mastick Road and other streets
<br />herein designated, and declaring an emergency. Tt was moved by Mr. O~Neill~
<br />seconded by Mr. Casters that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on it-ffipassage. The

<br />Mastick Road and other streets by constructing therein sanitary sewers, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. OiNeill~ seconded by Mr. Porter,

<br />the Serirl.ce Director to advertise for bids for the furnishing of labor and
<br />material for Contract No. 7, being a portion of the trunk lines required for the
<br />completion of the sanitary sewage system heretofore approved by Councils and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman seconded by Mrs. Nicholas,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion

<br />Olmsted! and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Hicholas~ seconded by

<br />Director of Public Safety to purchase and install an automatic traffic signal
<br />light at the intersection of Whitethorn Avenue and Lorain Roads and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and

<br />the Solicitor to designate an assistant to act as Prosecuting Attorney i.n the
<br />Police Court and fixing compensation for an Assistant Solicitor~a and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. OiNeillt seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the
