<br />Service Director to advertise for bids for the purchasing of three new passenger
<br />coaches for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Caster,. seconded by Mr. Lampert, that this resolution be referred
<br />back to the Finance and Budget Committee. The affirmative vote on said motion

<br />Ordinance No. 3124 was introdraced by Mr. Mangani, An ordinarxae authorising and
<br />directing the ca~ellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No, 23332
<br />and 232-33-23 Lorain Road, being an assessmentibr the preparation of detailed
<br />plans and speeificationa for a sewerage system for the City of North Olmsted,, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by 1~. Christman,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage, The affirmative vote on said

<br />Mr. P.A. Gateau, Prosecuting Attorney= appeared before Council to request an
<br />increase in salary. This matter was referred to the Finance and Budget Committee
<br />and a report due back at next Council Meeting,
<br />* After oral discussion the Council decided that sewer design for Coe should include
<br />Birch L2ms1 and Oak Lane cul-de-sacs which could only be served by the Coe sewer.
