<br />Resolution No. 3106 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. A resolution accepting the
<br />amounts and rates as determa.ned bY' the Budget Commission and authorizing the
<br />necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. It was mov®d by
<br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. M.angani, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resolution be read ammediatel~y the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows Caster, Christman,

<br />ordinance No. 3107 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinaries authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into contract with the City of ~iestlake for police teletype service.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read

<br />position of Special Assistant to the Director of Finance, fixing compensation
<br />thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put an its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lampert, Mangano., Nicholas,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put

<br />Resolution No. 3109 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A resolution authorizing the
<br />purchase by the City of six graves in Plot !tb$ in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from
<br />the estate of James F. Yotava, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Lampert, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.

<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the furnishing of 300 tons of
<br />bulk commercial salt and 700 Bards of cinders, and declaring an emer~+st~g. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Lampert, that the statutory rule be suspended

<br />by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
