<br />positions of Sanitary Sewer Inspectors, fixing compensation therefor, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the ordinax~e be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on sA3.d motion was as follows Caster,
