An ordinanc® aalend3ng <br />Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance 2901 enacted August 18, 1959 entitled eAn ordinance <br />providing for a part time secretary for and to assist the Solicitor for the <br />City of North Olmsted arrd providing compensation therefore and declaring an <br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by. Mr. Porter, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote an s aid motion <br />xas as folloxs: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Poa~ter.
