<br />Ordinance No. 3070 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance amending
<br />subsection B of section 6, article III of Ordinance 2I~l~5, entitled "Zoning
<br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted", enacted March 19, 1957, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Tr1r. Mangani,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />O~Neill, Porter. 'T'hereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 2901, enacted August 18, 1959, entitled
<br />"Ordinance providing for part-time secretary for and to assist the solicitor
<br />for the City of North Olmsted, and providing compensation therefor", and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Porter,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />O'2dei11, Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 3072 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution accepting
<br />the Plat of Engoglia Subdivision for recording purposes only, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Ch.ri.stanaxi,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 3073 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution creating
<br />the position of Deputy Auditor to act during the absence of the Auditor
<br />while on vacation, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster,
<br />seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows; Caster,
<br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the
<br />resolution was read the second and third times and put capon its passage
<br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert,

<br />Resolution No. 307. was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution approving
<br />the paving improvement plans of Beverly Hills Subdivision, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, T~angani, Nicholas, O'Neill,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second anti third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />section 2 of Ordinance 2308, enacted June 19, 1956, entitled, ''An ordinance
<br />fixing the compensation for inspectors of Street Improvements to be paid for
<br />by special assessments and street improvements in newly dedicated streets
<br />in allotments", and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mr. Gaster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Lampert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and
