<br />Mr. MacDonald stated that a representative of the Canteen Committee requested
<br />a meeting with the Council and that if all were agreeable the meeting would
<br />be held at 7 P.M. Tuesday, July 12, 1960 before the adjourned meeting of Council.
<br />Mr. Mangani~ Plats Committee, reported on the Committees meetings June 28 and
<br />29 regarding the request by Buckeye Enterprises Inc. for rezoning a parcel
<br />of land at Lorain Rd., North side, between W. 231st. and the Fairview Park
<br />City limits and the Engoglia Subidivision. The Plats Committee recommends

<br />Mr. Christman Streets, Sewers, Sidewalks and Ditches Committees reported
<br />on the Committee=s meeting of June 29th pertaining to Sewer Program. He
<br />stated that Wayne Kuhn of Floyd Browne and Assoc, reported that the sewage
<br />treatment plant is about 16~ complete and that by Ju1,y 25 it should be 25~
<br />complete and if so, we will receive our first portion of the ~250~000 government
<br />grant. Mr, Christman also reported on extending the pavement on Revere Dr.~
<br />Pompton Dr. and Glouchester Dr. in the Beverly Hills Park Estates and stated
<br />that the Committee recommends approval with condition that monument boxes be
<br />installed at the corner of Revere Drive and the cul-de~sac.
<br />Mr. Limpert, Legislative Committer reported on the Committeets meef>ing regarding
<br />the renewal of Mr. Kanareff~s contract ~ City Engineer. Mr. Oviatt was requested
<br />to look over the contract and give a legal opinion on it and n~eet°",.with the
<br />Legislative Committee and Mr, Kanareff before the adjourned meeting of Coanci3..
<br />Mrs. Nichola3, Municipal Properties, reported t?-xat the Committee is checking
<br />into the possibility of obtaining land for Playgrounds and that the Recreation
<br />Committee are to present a budget anc?. the Committee w,yll meet then and make
<br />their recommendations t.,o Council after reviewing.
<br />T~.,r. MacDonald stated that the meeting was now open for the Public Hearing
<br />on the 1961 Budget.
