<br />Ordinance No. 3056 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />paa^nent of additional compensation for an easement for the purpose of relocati ng,
<br />deepening, widening and cleaning of a ditch through permanent parcel No. 2322-3,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman seconded by Mr,,
<br />Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and pi~lt on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert~ Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third tunes
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Summerland Averiue..for sewer easement purposes, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman seconded by Mr. Mangani~ that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read i~rnmediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani,

<br />Resolution No. 3058 was introduced by Mr. OtNei11. !~ resolution authorizing the
<br />Safety Director to advertise for bids for one 1960 Four door, $ cylinder
<br />automobile for general Police purposes, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. OtNeill, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second end third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative

<br />Mr. Limpert was excused from the meeting at 9:x.5 P.M. and. returned at 10:00 P.:~.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seco ~ ~'. Christman, that the Solicitor be directed
<br />to prepare legislationfa~otial plan of Sherwood Estates $ubilivision contingent
<br />upon the following two items: a. - that the location and plan showing tie~ir. o;f
<br />tY.e entire subdivision with an approved Package Sanitary Treatment Plant be
<br />prepared and presented to Council for approval; b. - that the storm sewer culvert
<br />and headwall., from its present location on. the plan, be extended to the centerline
<br />of Brookpark Road at the intersection of the paved strip abutting Lansing Drive.

<br />Nzr. MacDonald stated that, acting under the rules of Council, Council will
<br />adjourn for the summer after the July 19th meeting and commence Sept. 6, 1960.
