<br />Resolution No. 30til~ was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution declaring i~.
<br />necessary to improve Canterbury Road from Lorain Road northerly to the northerJ;,~
<br />city limits, by constructing therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk on
<br />both sides thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani,
<br />~` .seconded by Mr. OtNeill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Nie~olas, O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, OsNeill, Porter.

<br />necessary to improve the southerly side of Lorain Rd• from Whitethorn Ave.
<br />easterly to the Shopping Center Roadway or Parking Lots by constructing the~.r~
<br />a five fott concrete public sidewalk therein, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. OtNeill, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani., Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the
<br />resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani,

<br />Crdinance No. 30?~b was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance employing tt:~e
<br />law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey as special counsel to assist the Sola.citor
<br />in the necessary proceedings requisite for the obtaining of rights of way far
<br />the installation of sanitary sewer lines required in the construction of the
<br />sanitary sewer system of said city. The ordinance was given its first reading
<br />only.
<br />Resolution No. 3047 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. A resolution appointing
<br />William Andrews, Deputy Clerk, to servo notices of the improvement of Canterbury
<br />Road from Lorain Rd. to the northerly city limits by constructing therein a
<br />five foot public sidewalk on both sides #.hereof and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by ~,r. Limpert, that the statutory rule
<br />bs suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 30l~8 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution authorizing
<br />the advertisement of a Public Hearing on the 1961 Budget for the City of North
<br />0]lnsted to be held at the City Hall, July 5, 19b0 and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani~ Nicholas, O~Neill~ Porter. Thereupon the
<br />resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani,
