<br />the obtaining of easements for the purposes of relocating, deepening, widening
<br />and cleaning of the ditch through Permanent Parcel Nos. 232.2~3,~,5 and 7 abutting
<br />Lansing Drive fixing compensation therefor and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statuto~ rule be
