An ordinance employing the <br />Land Title Guarantee & Trust Co., to make necessary title searches of parcels <br />t~ land involved in the right of way for sewer lines in the City's sewer <br />programs and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O~Neil1, seconded <br />by Mrs. Nicholas that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance <br />be read immediate~q' the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman Limpert, <br />Mangani~ Nicholas, O'Neill, Forter. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman Lia:pert, Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill~ <br />Porter. <br />Resolution No. 3010 was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution to g~tirii~efor <br />cooperation with the County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and the <br />City Planning Commissions of certain municipalities in said county, in the <br />creation and m:intenance of a Regional Planning Commission and authorizing the <br />payment of the required participation fee, a~ declaring any'. emergency. It <br />was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Mangan3.~ that the statutory rci].e be <br />suspended and the ~aesolution be read immediately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. A resolution authorizing <br />the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the construction <br />of a water main in Brookpark Extension from Porter Road westerly to the <br />present easterly terminus of the existing water line in Brookpark Extension, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. <br />Christman that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as foll.owss Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani~ <br />Nicholas O'Neill, Porter. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel <br />No. 2,3~•»27•*69 Selhurst water main in the city of North. 0]~sted, and declaring <br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. O~Neill~ that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />Streets, Sidewalks Committee are to check into this matter. <br />Mr. Caster reported that the Community Council had set the Homecoming Dates <br />for August 26,27~;a~ 28th. <br />
