<br />In connection with the rededication of Evelyn and Eleanor Drives, no
<br />bond was posted with the City, and corrections are to he made.
<br />A communication was read from James T. Wilson, tendering his resignation
<br />from the Council of the City of North Olmsted, effective November 30th,
<br />1959.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, Mr. Wilson's
<br />resignation be accepted. "Yeas" Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill. Mr. Ydilson did not vote.
<br />Ordinance No. 2924, employing the law firm of Squire, Sanders and Dempsey
<br />as special counsel to assist the Solicitor in the proceedings requisite
<br />for the authorization and issuance of bonds of the City for the purpose
<br />of financing and construction of a sanitary sewerage plans and sewerage
<br />lines had been given its third and final reading. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Hixson, seconded by Mr. Kramer, the ordinance be aaopted as read. "Yeas"
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson,
<br />Resolution No. 2935 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution refunding
<br />X48.97 to Fashion Built H mes from deposit covering engineering and
<br />inspection for installation of sidewalk in front of sublots 4 and 5 on
<br />Coe Avenue. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2936 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution amending
<br />Section 1 of Resolution 2775 enacted November 11, 1958, entitled, "Resolu-
<br />tion accepting the plat plan of Olmsted Colony Subdivision # 2 for Aspen
<br />Drive and Cyprus Drive and approving the improvement plans therefor, and
<br />declaring an emergency" and approving the re -subdivision of Olmsted Colony
<br />Subdivision No. 2. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. MacDonald,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 2937 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution trans-
<br />ferring appropriations. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr.
<br />Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch,
<br />MacDonald, O'Neill, T~ilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, v~ilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2938 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution authori-
<br />zing the Mayor to negotiate with the officials of Parkview Village for
<br />possible participation with and in connection to our sanitary sewer system,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by
<br />Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Filson. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson.
<br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, authorizing the
<br />Mayor to negotiate with the other communities; namely, Olmsted Falls,
<br />Olmsted Township, and ~estvew, relative to their particular participation
<br />in the sewer program. They had expressed their desire to meet with us.
