Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon <br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Wilson, to dispense with <br />the Rules of Council because of the expediency of this matter for a <br />thirty-day extension of the construction deadline date on the treatment <br />plant awaiting a-'recount of votes. "Yeas " Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, <br />Lynch MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2933 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution <br />requesting satenaion of time for compliance with the terms and condi- <br />~: tions of the II. S. Public Health Service relating to the construction <br />of a sanitary sewage treatment plant and trunks as required to qualify <br />for Federal Aid and with tha State of Ohio Water Pollution Control <br />Board, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, <br />seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage the affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson, Thereupon <br />the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Mr. O'Neill requested the minutes reflect that Mr. Griffiths will <br />arrange to have the recount made on the sewer bond issue for the City <br />of North Olmsted, and to withstand the expense of same. <br />Mr. Hixson inquired relative to the paving of Sweetbriar Drive, which <br />according to a letter from Ross Ellis, (Sweetbriar Estates) would bs <br />done by Hannon & Nouzak by November 2nd and no work has been started <br />as yet, and it was requested the minutes reflect that no indication <br />has been made they have started to comply with their promises. <br />The Service Director reported the Board of Control had awarded the <br />bid for tires and tubes to the B. F. Goodrich Company. <br />A meeting is scheduled to be held with Mr. Kuhn and Council as a whole <br />on November 9th, at 8:00 P.M. <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9:3~ P.M. <br />.
