<br />In regards to the acceptance of the terms cf the Federal grant, it was
<br />moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. "v-ilson, the Solicitor be directed
<br />to prepare the necessary legislation accepting the terms of the grant,

<br />Resolution No, 2827 was introduced by Nirs. Hinkel. ti resolution authorizing
<br />the Safety Director to enter into a. mutual aid contract with the Township
<br />of Olmsted, Ohio, for mutual aid in fire protection, The resolution was
<br />given its first reading only.
<br />Ordinance No. 2928 was introduced by Nr. '~~1ilson. kn ordinance amending
<br />Section 50 and section 110 of Ordinance 613, enacted July 7, 1942, entitled
<br />"'fin ordinance regulating traffic in the Village of ;dorth Olmsted, Ohio"
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by i~'ir. 4ilson, seconded by Sirs,

<br />Nir. ~~ilson reported in regards to the collection of the X205,000.00 assess-
<br />ment, the Treasurer was contacted and it was determined she was responsible
<br />for the collection of the assessment, and that it would be done after
<br />November 15th. The Clerk advised the procedure involved, and the Solicitor
<br />recommended Council determine to proceed to complete the transcript c~a-~~
