<br />Ordinance No. 2902 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A.n ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />233-5-8 Barton Road Water Main No. 3 in the City of North Olmsted. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />Resolution No. 2go3 was introduced by Mr. O~Neill, A resolution declaring the
<br />intent of Council of the City of North Olmsted to permit the inclusion of
<br />Parkview into the sewage collection system and sewage treatment plant
<br />for the City of North Olmsted upon ad.~ustment of financial participation,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. OtNeill~ seconded by Mrs.
<br />Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read im-
<br />mediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O~Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O~Neill, Wilson.
<br />The Clerk read an inspection report from the Building Department in regards
<br />to the North Olmsted Zoo as requested by the Solicitor, and found no
<br />animals being sheltered on the property; however, cages anal boxes exist
<br />as before and pigeons were using the upper-half of the barn.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr. Wilson, the Solicitor be directed
<br />to prepare the necessary legislation and have it ready for the September
<br />1st meeting to prohibit the housing and display of wild animals, not in
<br />natural habitat in this area, anywhere in the City of North Olmsted. "Yeas"
<br />Hixson, Lynch, OtNeillf Wilson. "Nays" Kramer, MacDonald.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, Mrs. Hinkel~s absence
