~• <br />StiNE 16, 1959 - PAGE 5. <br />The Solicitor cited Resolution No. 2801 accepting the plat of Olmsted <br />Colony Subdivisions 3, 4 and 5, Section 3, which reads in part that the <br />developer is to install paving, water lines and storm sewer in the streets <br />indicated on the plats prior to the issuance of any building permits; <br />however, the plat and improvement plans for Subdivision No. 2 for Asplin <br />and Cypress Drives were approved by Resolution No. 2775. <br />The Solicitor approved the bonds as to form, and the Mayor inquired <br />whether Olmsted Colony had a financial statement from Maryland Casualty <br />Company, and directed a statement be submitted before approval of the <br />bonds for surety. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that Council approve <br /><E¢,, <br />the bonds in the amount of $8,401.00 and $41,846.00, which bonds are for <br />the installation of sidewalks, draining, curbing, and paving of Asplin <br />and Cypress Drives of Olmsted Colony Subdivision No. 2, if the Mayor <br />received a satisfactory financial statement from Maryland Casualty Company. <br />"Yeas" Hinkel, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. "Nay" Hixson. <br />Mr. Johnson also stated he would go along with the recommendation in <br />regards to the tree planting ordinance, using the Master Tree Plan as <br />a guide, and deposit an amount to insure the planting of trees on both <br />sides of the streets in his allotments. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, Mr. MacDona.ld's <br />absence be excused.
