MAY 6, 1959 - PAGE 3. <br />Ordinance No. 2849 was introduced by Mrs. Lynch. An ordinance for the <br />improvement of Columbia Road, by removing a portion of the existing <br />asphaltic concrete surface and resurfacing the ezisting pavement with <br />asphaltic concrete on that part of the designated route which lies <br />within the corporate limits of the City of North Olmsted and between <br />the following described termini: Beginning in the centerline of Columbia <br />Road as now established, at a point on a southerly corporation line of <br />North Olmsted; thence from said place of beginning northerly along <br />said centerline to its point of intersection with the established <br />centerline of S.R. 10 (Lorain Road) and there terminate, being in all <br />a distance of bout 2.14 miles. It was moved by Mrs. Lynch, seconded <br />by Mrs. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. <br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, <br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read <br />the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />The Engineer presented revised plat and improvement plans for Great <br />Northern Boulevard, as the original plat was in error in the staking <br />of storm sewer in alignment with the center line of the road, which <br />was the original intent. <br />It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Wilson the improvement <br />plans for sanitary sewer and water main for the Great Northern Blvd., <br />be approved upon recommendation of the Engineer. that they conform to <br />all ordinances of the City. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />O'Neill, Wilson. <br />It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, Mr. Kramer's <br />absence be excused. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald} O'Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:42 P. M. <br />E. M. Christman, Clerk of Council Ra A. Haze ton, resident of Council. <br />
