APRIL 28, 1959 - - PAGE 2 <br />Ordinance No. 2844 was introduced by Mr. Hinson. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 231-27-10 on Lessner Road Water Main No. 1 in the City of North Olmsted <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hinson, seconded by Mr. <br />Wilson, that the ordinance be read the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hinson, <br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read <br />the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hinson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2s45 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution in memory <br />of Raymond Burk, School Guard, who passed away on April 19, 1959• It was <br />moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Wilson, the resolution be adopted <br />as read. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hinson, Kramer, Lynda, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson... <br />Ordinance No. 2846 was introduced by Mr. Hinson. An ordinance authorizing <br />the Service Director to purchase a tract of laud from Fanr~y H. IIpp, fronting <br />on Porter Road and extending westerly therefrom to a point 280 ft. from the <br />cent®rline of East Park Drive for street purposes for the consideration of <br />$2,000.00 and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hinson, seconded <br />by Mr. O'Neill, that the ordinance be read the second and third times and <br />put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hinson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance <br />was read the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hinson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />A discussion ensued as to the matter of annexing Rainbow Drive. <br />The meeting was adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9:10 P.M. <br />E.
