<br />.. <br />JUNE 30, 1959 - PAGE 3. <br />The communication stated in part as follows: <br />"private sewage disposal facilities" as stated in condition <br />1 (a) means any treatment device for a private home. <br />If a builder proposed to construct a set~aage treatment plant <br />for a subdivision within the City limits, and a City sewer <br />was available to the subdivision, the Ohio Department of Health <br />would not approve a separate sewage treatment plant for the <br />subdivision. If such proposal was made before a Gity sewer <br />was available, we would approve it as a temporary measure until <br />a City sewer became available provided the City approved and <br />agreed to operate a temporary plant." <br />The Service Director also requested Council's consideration as to <br />whether the City purchase a fogging machine or rent one at w25.00 per <br />week. Wilson and Mr. Hixson. <br />The Engineer stated the developer, I~.cKenzie Fark Development Company, <br />will pave Maplehurst without drawing on the cash bond until approved <br />by the Engineer. It was moved by ,.rs. Hinkel, seconded by P~Trs. Lynch, <br />upon recommendation of the Engineer that the revised grade plans have <br />met with his approval, he communicate with the developers to proceed <br />and to have the road saved by July 31st.
