<br />to Columbia Road by constructing- and installing therein a five foot
<br />concrete public sidewalk on both. sides thereof. It was moved by Nor.
<br />Wilson, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was a.s follows:

<br />to the easterly line of Metropolitan Park Allotment by constructing and
<br />installing therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides
<br />thereof, excluding those lots in front of which sidewalks have already
<br />been cond;ructed. It wa.s moved by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. ~°tilson,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Framer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon. was as

<br />Resolution No. 2876 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution trans-
<br />ferring balance in Fireman's Indemnity Fund to the General Fund. It
<br />was moved by :sir. ~~ramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and th~_rd
<br />times and put on its passage. TFie affirmative vote on said motion was

<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon

<br />Resolution No. 2877 was introduced by Mr. Wilson. A resolution directing
<br />that the sum of $1,077.00 be spent from the sinking fund for the purposes
<br />of retiring the bonds remaining in tree Fireman's Indemnity Fund, which
<br />fund has heretofore been dissolved. It was moved by tor. Wilson, seconded
<br />by N~rs. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
