DECE?'v~ER 2, 1958 - PAGE 3. <br />The Solicitor reported a -rider to the present bond for Olmsted Colony, <br />Holly Drive, reduced the amount to X3,500.00 for release of underground <br />improvements. `^he rider as written was :not accepted by Council. <br />The Solicitor stated that in regards to ;public skating ponds, the insurance <br />coverage be enlarged to an amount sufficient to cover all such public <br />skating ponds as may be used. <br />Ordinance No. 2784 was introduced by Mr. ~~ramer. E.n ordinance authorizing <br />the settler~ient of the claim of Pear jorie H. ;Mock and Hrian P. Stock, for <br />damages from an accident occurring on Lorain Road July 19th, 1958, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was mcved by Mr. Framer, seconded by I~~r. <br />~Iinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />i:rn;ediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows; Hinkel, T?ixson, Kramer, Lynch, <br />MacDonald, O'Neill, ?Filson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Hramer, Lynch, A~acDona.ld, C'Pdeill, <br />Wilson. <br />The meet:ing° adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9:54 P.
