<br />N~r. O'Neill reported he had contacted the President of Community Council
<br />and a meeting is scheduled in January re:Lative to Youth Activities.
<br />The Mayor reported certifications were received for the Charter Commission
<br />and appropriations for such commission should be set up. This will be
<br />taken up at the Finance Committee meeting; on tre qth of .December.
<br />Ordinance No. 2780 was introduced by I%r. Hinkel. An ordinance amending
<br />ordinance No. 2688, enacted May 7, 1958, being an ordinance providing
<br />a clothing allowance for operators of the North Olmsted Municipal Coach
<br />Line for the year 1858 and thereafter by adding subsection 3A making
<br />provision for a clothing allowance for m~schanics and other employees in
<br />the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by P~r. NacDona.ld, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, MacDonald, Lynch, O'I~Ieill,
<br />b~Tilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and. third times and

<br />In regards to the Mayor's article in the Cleveland Press relative to
<br />public ice ska.tin~~~onds, offers were received from the Le3ern Development
<br />Coml:~any and r`ir. Cary Nettl<:s. The service Director stated these properties
<br />would be checked as it depends upon t'tle ground as to whether it would
<br />hold water.
<br />The Clerk read a communication from the City of Cleveland ~r'ater Departr,;ent
<br />stating ap~~roval has been si"ned November 3rd, 1858 for the Ambour :Drive
<br />Subdivision.
<br />Resolution ido. 2783 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. A resolution of sympathy
<br />to O~,r Lady of the Ange7_s School, Our Lady of the Angels Parish, Chicago,
<br />Illinois, for the loss of life and injuz•y arising from the fire of Dec-
