<br />a change of base for Evergreen Drive in the West Park Builders Subdivision,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr.
<br />Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch,

<br />to G L Development Inc., Developers of LeBerne Drive for installation of
<br />a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer,
<br />seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, C'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution

<br />Resolution No. 2767 was introduced by Mrs. Lynch. A resolution amending
<br />Section 1 of Resolution No. 2644 enacted March 4, 1958, entitled, Resolution
<br />declaring it necessary to improve Lucille Drive from Grace Road to the
<br />easterly line of Metropolitan Park Allotment by construction therein a
<br />sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Lynch, seconded
<br />by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.

<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
