<br />Resolution No. 2771 was introduced by r1r. MacDonald. A resolution
<br />releasing the bonds of LeRoy Harris - LeRern Drive Subdivision, Lorain
<br />f2oad Estates Subdivision, and G. A. Barnow - Cedar Point Subdivision,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved Mr. MacDonald, seconded by
<br />P4r. Hixson, that the stautory rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Mr. MacDonald reported that the Street Committee met Saturday afternoon
<br />and recommended Council approve the plans for storm sewer and paving of
<br />Great Northern Boulevard.
<br />Resolution No. 2772 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution
<br />accepting the plat of Great Northern Boulevard for recording purposes
<br />only and approving the improvement plans for paving and the installation
<br />of a storm sewer for Great Northern Boulevard, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupona the resolution was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows;

<br />Mr. MacDonald reported the Street Committee recommended that Erie Home
<br />Builders remove and cover the present ditch and take a new storm sewer
<br />40 feet South of where the ditch was for eight (8) properties.
<br />Resolution No. 2773 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. A resolution approving
<br />the culvert plans and plans for cleaning and lowering the ditch along
<br />Brookpark Extension westerly from Guest Park Drive about 2400 feet, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. ;Hixson, seconded by Mr.
<br />Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch,
<br />MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson, Thereupon, the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative

<br />Mr. MacDonald reported the Street Committee recommended that the plat of
<br />Ohio Shores Subdivision No. 5 be approved.
<br />Resolution No. 2774 was introduced by Nir. Hinkel. A resolution approving
<br />the plat of Ohio Shores Subdivision No. 5 for recording purposes only.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Kramer, the resolution be
<br />adopted as read. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />4dilson.
<br />Mr. MacDonald reported Committee recommended approval of paving, water,
<br />storm sewer, and sidewalks for Olmsted Colony Subdivision No. 2.
<br />Resolution No. 2775 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. A resolution accepting
<br />Olmsted Colony Subdivision No. 2 for Asplin and Cypress Drives, and
<br />approving the improvement plans for paving, sidewalks, water, and storm
<br />sewer. It was moved by Mr. Finkel, seconded by I~1r. Gdilson, the resolution
<br />be adopted as read. "Yeas" Hinkel, Ilixson, kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Mr. MacDonald reported Committee recommended legislation be prepared
<br />requiring developers to post bonds covering the improvements required to
<br />be installed in streets of said proposed subdivisions. It was moved by
<br />Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. I~"acDonald, the Solicitor prepare such legis-
