<br />also had signed the petition. A petition however is not necessary, the
<br />name can be changed by Council. The petition has the name spelled out
<br />as "Boundry", which, as the name implies, should be spelled "Boundary".
<br />The Solicitor reported he had met with Mr. Platters relative to the $8,400.00
<br />check and the ~~~~ement between Platters & Blanchester Homes. The bonding
<br />company advisee~,~Blanchester deposit an additional $1,500.00, and all is
<br />pending delivery by Mr. Platters of the executed release with further instruc-
<br />tions to endorse the check over to the City.
<br />Mr. Wilson advised Mr. Platters is to start work on Theresa Lane, and meet
<br />with our Engineer. The Engineer is to call Mr. Oviatt after talkin~~~~~
<br />Mr. Bishop, and if anything comes out of the conversation, residents would
<br />like to b e contacted.
<br />Mr. Joseph Hoislbauer appeared before Council for approval and acceptance
<br />of Beverly Hills Subdivision Plans. The linen was left for inspection by
<br />the Engineer.
<br />Sidewalk bond for Joy Homes, Inc., subsection of LeBerne Drive, G-L
<br />Development, Inc., in the amount of $3,000.00 was presented to Council
<br />for approval, as per Ordinance No. 2299 accepting LeBerne for dedication
<br />upon approval of bond.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Kramer, the Solicitor be
<br />directed to draw up the resolution accepting the bond of Joy Homes, Inc.,
<br />"Yeas" Hinkel, Lynch, Kramer, MacDonald, O'Neill.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, the Service Depart-
<br />ment scarify Oakdale. "Yeas" Hinkel, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.
<br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Kramer, the absent members
<br />be excused. "Yeas" Hinkel, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.
