<br />Ordinance No. 2749 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance cancelling
<br />special assessments, Permanent Parcel No. 235-10-2, MacKenzie #2. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance bs read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,

<br />Resolution No. 2750 was introduced by Mr. Wilson. A resolution authorizing
<br />the Safety Director to advertise for bids for two police cars. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolu-
<br />tion was read the sedond and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Election of two Council members to serve on Firemen Pension Board and
<br />Police Pension Board as follows:
<br />Mr. MacDonald nominated Mr. Wilson and Mr. O'Neill to the Fire Pension
<br />Board. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that nomina-
<br />tions be closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a unanimous ballot
<br />for Mr. Wilson and Mr. O'Neill. "Yeas" Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Mr. Wilson nominated Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Kramer to the Police Pension
<br />Board. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch that nominations
<br />be closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a unanimous ballot for Mr.
<br />MacDonald and Mr. Kramer. "Yeas" Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Mr. Wilson brought up the question of zoning on property zoned commercially
<br />relative to the depth of 300 ft. If the whole piece of property is not
<br />used commercially, the remaining piece reverts back to residential if
<br />in a residential area. Mr. Hixson stated it should be referred to Planning
<br />Commission first, then turned over to Council for consideration.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, Mr. Hinkel's absence
<br />be excused. "Yeas" Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
