<br />Ordinance Ho. 273? waa introduced by Mr. Wilson. An ordinance amending
<br />ordinance Ro. 809, Section 1, providing for vacations with pay for all
<br />of the employees of the City of North Olaaatsd except the emplsyees of
<br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bua Line, the eaployeea of the Fire Department
<br />and the eaployeea of the Police Departaent, which waa enaatsd April 4th,
<br />1950, and declaring an emergency. It waa aoved by Mr. Wilson, seconded
<br />by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read iamediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />Ths aifiraative vote thereon waa as follows: Hinkel, Hixaon, Lynch,
<br />MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance waa read the aeaond
<br />and third times and put on its paaaage sad the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Hiakel, Hixaon, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />The Engineer reported that he and the Planning Commission had approved
<br />the extension of sewers on Aabour Drive.
<br />It waa aoved by Mr. MacDonald seconded by Mr. O'Neill, the revised sewer

<br />of the Snginesr with regard to t~~iats use of concrete for approxi-

<br />Resolution Ro. 2738 waa introduced by Mr. MacDonald. d resolution repealing
<br />resolution No. 2725 in its entirety. It waa aoved by Mr. MacDonald, aeaonded
<br />by Mra. Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third tines and put on its passage.
<br />The aifiraative vote thereon waa as follows: Hinksl, Hixaon, Lynch,
<br />MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilaoa. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second

<br />Mr. Wilson inquired relative to the paving for Eleanor, Evelyn, and Theresa
<br />Lane. The Service Director reported he had notified the developer and the
<br />bonding aoapany that he would allow Yiftaen days to pays Theresa Lane, and
<br />the same course is to be followed on Srslyn & ];leanor Drives.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Wilson, aeaonded by Mr. MacDonald, Council recess the
<br />meetings of August 19th, and September 2nd. "Yeas" Hinksl, Hizson, Lyaeh,

<br />It was aoved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Hinkel that Mr. gramer's
