<br />Ordinance No. 2733 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. An ordinance amending
<br />section 1 of Ordinance No. 2420 entitled "An ordinance adopting and
<br />ratifying table of organization for the personnel of the Police Department
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio," enacted January 2, 1957, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It wan moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the

<br />Ordinance No. 2734 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. ~n ordinance amending
<br />section 1 of ordinance No. 2214 entitled "An ordinance determining salaries,
<br />wages and bonds of appointed officials and employees of the City of North
<br />Olmsted", as amended by Ordinance No. 2496, enacted June 4, 1957, as amended
<br />by Ordinance No. 2603, enacted December 17, 1957, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Lynch that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. Ths affirmative vote thereon wan a$

<br />Ordinance No. 2735 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance authorising
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />233-4-16 on Bradley 8oad (Water Line ~l) in the City of North Olmsted, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr.
<br />O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon waa as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance waa read the second and third times asd
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Mr. Johnson, representing Olmsted Colony, appeared before Council, requesting
<br />Council aacept the linen of Subdivision No. 1 for recording purposes only.
<br />The parcel of the subdivision being considered are Holly Drive and Aspa:t
<br />Drive. They had made all of the changes as requested by the Planning
<br />Commission of the City of North Olmsted, and the Engineer, and to be in-
<br />corporated as part of the Plat of Olmsted Colony: Plana to be approved
<br />and presented to Council by the City Engineer - X37,630.73 Sewer and
<br />Water Line - $41,000 Concrete paving and sidewalks - Get bond inspection
<br />17d~6 - Completion of development - 2 years.
<br />The Engineer also requested that Council accept the plena as approved by
<br />him.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the plane of
<br />Olmsted Colony be accepted for recording purposes only. "Yeas" Hinkel,
<br />Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />8eaolution No. 2736 waa introduced by Mr. Hixson. A resolution giving
<br />~,,, tentative approval to the plat of Olmsted Colony Inc., for recording pur-
<br />poses only and approving the improvement plans, both subject to the deposit
<br />~,~ ,
<br />with the City of North Olmsted by Olmsted Colony Inc., of a completion
<br />bond in the amount of X78,630.00 for the completion of the improvements
<br />as per ordinances of Said city and declaring an emergency. It was moved
<br />by Mr. Hixson, seconded by-Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and pnt
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel,
<br />Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Mr. Wilson reported the Service Department should ba given three weeks
<br />vacation after fifteen years of service with the City, and recommended the
<br />vacation ordinance be amended to include all departments, and the Solicitor
<br />to draw up the necessary legislation,
