JIILY 15, 1.g58 - - FAGF 6 <br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel., seconded by I~"ir. Wilson, that the Solicitor <br />prepare: <br />1. A document whereby .the developer would post a cash <br />bond to cover the underground facilities in accordance <br />with their plans but post a bond covering additional <br />improvements prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit f'or any lots. <br />2. A document to be filed with the County Recorder prci- <br />hibiting the developer from sel7~ing any lots prior <br />to acceptance for dedication. <br />The President of Council requested informata.on as to whether or not any <br />other subdivision would be granted this pri~rilege and he was advised <br />that this would apply only to this one particular development. "Yeas'" <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Mr. Hinkel requested that. a date be set and arrangements be made for <br />a ball game between the North Olmsted .official family and the Fairview <br />official family and it was decided that the game would probably be the <br />lst of August, contingent upon the approval of the Fairview Council. <br />Proceeds from trie game would be used for surer publicity at the Annual.. <br />Community Day festivities. <br />The Auditor advised that the city's partion of P.E.R.S. would be raised <br />from 7.25f to 7.31f for 195g. <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the C1F>rk at 10:55 P.M. <br />E.
