It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote <br />on said lotion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer Lynch, O'Neill <br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Mr. Hinkel inquired of the Solicitor relative to legislation for sanitary <br />sewer requirements in new developments. The Solicitor suggested that <br />say action be delayed until after the November election inasmuch as the <br />City of Cleveland will not grant permits for installation of new water <br />mains until provisions had been made for the sanitary sewers. <br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the matter <br />of authorizing developers to install sanitary sewers in new allotments <br />be referred back to Committee. "Yeas" Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill. „Nays" <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Wilson. Thera being a tie vote, the President of Council <br />voted "Yea" and it was referred back to Committee. <br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the Mayor and <br />Service Director enter into an agreement in accordance with &es©lotion <br />No. 2710. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />The seating adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9:10 P.M. <br />---- _ <br />E. M.
